BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Call 01209 203002 between 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, or email pool@penventon.com to book your Spa Day.
Full payment for Spa Days will be taken upon booking.
We can currently only accept up to 10 people in one group (subject to availability).
If you cancel 48+ hours before treatment you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel 24-47 hours before your treatment you will receive 50% of your refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment then you will not receive a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please inform us of any medical conditions or if you are / suspect you may be pregnant prior to your treatment so that our team can recommend the most suitable treatments for you.
Please note that our treatment rooms are up a flight of stairs with no lift access.
You must be 18+ to book or be involved in a Spa Day. Spa access is for the Twilight package is from 4pm onwards. Available on Thursdays only.
